In the event of an outage, defined as any period during which our online learning platform is inaccessible due to technical difficulties or maintenance, we will communicate promptly with our students. Notifications of planned outages will be posted on the platform’s dashboard at least 48 hours in advance.
To ensure that downtime does not disadvantage students, we will extend course durations by the number of hours or days the system is down. While we do not offer refunds for courses affected by outages, we reserve the right to provide the course in an alternative format if feasible. It is important to note that this policy does not cover outages resulting from personal hardware, software, or internet connection issues.
Should students encounter difficulties due to an outage, they are encouraged to contact our support team at techsupport@childcarecompany.org.  Our support team is available M-F,  9-5, and is dedicated to providing prompt assistance.
