Need a password reset? 

 

1. To request a password reset, go to https://www.childcarecompany.dev 
   

2. On the upper right-hand corner of that page, click Forgotten your username or password? 
   

3. Enter your email address in the email box.  Leave the username box blank. 
   

4. You will receive an email from noreply@childcarecompany.org with your username and temporary password.
   

5. If the email does not come immediately, please search for noreply@childcarecompany.org in your email and check all folders and spam.  
   

6. Once you reset your password, go back to  https://www.childcarecompany.dev/login/ to login.
