Terms and Conditions for Grant Use and Participation

  1. Purpose of Grant Use

  2. Photo Submission Requirement
    Participants are required to submit 3-5 quality photos within three days of receiving the shipment. These photos should not include any children.
  3. Quality Standards
    Photos submitted must be clear and of a high quality, adequately representing the use of the grant as specified.
  4. Submission Process
    Photos should be submitted electronically to the designated email address or platform as outlined in the approval notification.
  5. Confidentiality and Privacy
    Participants must ensure that all submitted photos respect the privacy of individuals and do not disclose any sensitive or personal information.
  6. Rights and Use of Photos
    By submitting photos, participants grant the organization the rights to use the images for promotional and reporting purposes, without further consent or compensation.
  7. Compliance and Enforcement
    Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of the grant and the requirement to return any funds or materials received.
  8. Amendments
    The organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary, with notice provided to all affected participants.
